What is minoxidil and how does it work?
Minoxidil is one of the only clinically proven, FDA-approved ingredients for hair regrowth. It works by widening blood vessels in the scalp, improving blood flow to hair follicles, and extending the active growth phase of the hair cycle. Over time, this reactivates dormant follicles and promotes thicker, stronger hair growth.
Is the Grow Vita Hair Growth Serum safe to use?
Yes. Our serum is formulated with clinically tested ingredients. However, we recommend doing a patch test before first use. If you have a pre-existing scalp condition, are pregnant, or are on medication, please consult your doctor before use.
How long before I see results?
Hair growth takes time. Most customers begin to notice changes between 4–8 weeks, with more significant results visible at the 3–6 month mark. Consistency is key — do not stop using the product if you don't see immediate results.
Can I use the serum without the derma roller or stamp?
Yes, you can. However, using a derma roller or stamp before applying the serum significantly increases absorption and results. We highly recommend pairing them for the best outcome.
What's the difference between the Derma Roller and the Derma Stamp?
The Derma Roller covers larger areas quickly and is great for general scalp treatment. The Derma Stamp is more precise and better suited for targeting specific spots like edges, hairlines, or patchy areas. Both work excellently with our serum.

Where do you deliver to?

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivery typically takes 1-2 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue and we'll make it right immediately.
Usage & Safety
How often should I use the derma roller or stamp?
Use your derma roller or stamp once per week. Overuse can irritate the scalp and slow down results. Always apply the serum immediately after needling.
Can I use the serum every day?
Yes apply the serum twice daily (morning and night) to a clean, dry scalp on non-needling days. On needling days, apply immediately after the session.
Is there any shedding at the start?
Some customers experience mild shedding in the first 2–4 weeks. This is completely normal and is a sign that old, weak hairs are making way for new, stronger growth. Do not stop using the product during this phase.
