No Returns on Opened Products

Due to the nature of hair growth and topical health products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

Unopened Items

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@growvitahair with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Refund Processing
