All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Grow Vita Hair is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate immediately.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will resolve it promptly.
